Franchisee

FlamingoProp Real Estate has established itself through effective marketing techniques as one of the leading estate agencies on the Western Cape. It is now the mission and focus of FlamingoProp to expand the brand on a national basis throughout South Africa.

FlamingoProp Franchises are on offer to suitable candidates on very attractive terms:

• The initial capital outlay is largely “ploughed back” into the Franchise as “Marketing Spend” in order to establish, advertise and market the franchise;
• Royalty commissions of franchisees who procure an FlamingoProp franchise are very attractive and competitive;
• Franchisees build up their own business which is an asset that accrues intrinsic value;
• Option to appoint sub-agents under you on a split commission basis;
• FlamingoProp has adopted the so-called “open listing open selling” principle, hence franchisees are not bound by any areas that they are restricted to operate within;
• Receive full backup and support;
• The FlamingoProp Website (www.flamingoprop.co.za) is one of the most advanced property websites which offers comprehensive information to prospects. The back-end of the website is developed and evolved to keep abreast with technological advances.

Acquisition of Franchise:
The initial cost for an FlamingoProp Franchisee is R100,000 (One Hundred Thousand Rand). Payment terms can be arranged.

The larger portion of the franchise fee is “ploughed back” into the Franchise, including:
* Payment of PPRA registration fees;
* Point of Sale material, including name tags, For Sale bords, business cards etc;
* Subscription to Property24 and Private Property for a period of 12 months.

Commission structure are as follows (with no other costs / deductions, e.g. desk fees, advertising fees etc.) :

Sales:
Sales Commission Split – 90% : 10%
Since FlamingoProp Real Estate is VAT registered VAT is charged and deducted from commissions.
There are no other costs for the other platforms (i.e. you make use of our log-ins without any costs), e.g. Property Reporting, Virtual Agent, MyProperty etc

Rentals:
Rental Commission Split - 70% : 30%
FlamingoProp Real Estate makes use of a national and very reputable rental management platform / system which facilitates and manage the administrative aspect of the rentals.

Pre-requisites / Qualification:
Although it is preferrable that a franchisee is NQF4 qualified it is not imperative.
